When Clint Cook left construction to do sales in radio, he just couldn't stay away. People kept calling, and so did the work. One thing he found was that people had hired others and it didn't work out for them. Out of a strong desire to help people and to stop hearing horror stories, he decided in April of 2023 that it was time he started his own enterprise. He founded Homestead Renovators on a simple plan:
